- The London Helicopter Experience (Buzz) flight time is 10 minutes long from Battersea and 30 minutes long from Redhill.See flight maps above. Map 1: Battersea, Map 2: Redhill.
- For groups of 5 please be aware that you may be joined by one other passenger outside of your party. To avoid this please purchase the private tour (for the same price as the 5 person tour).
- Must inform staff if taking any form of medication.
- Must comply with all instructions provided by staff.
- No alcohol may be consumed prior to experience.
- Suitable for men or women.
- Further safety briefs performed on the day.
- Fitness/Health: You should be in reasonable health and able to climb in and out of the Helicopter.
- This experience is not suitable for those with epilepsy, heart complaints or pregnant ladies.
- Winter Hours: Monday, Friday & Saturday: 11:00 - 16:00 (earlier as the daylight hours get shorter) Sunday: 10:00 and 12:30
- Summer: Monday-Wednesday: 11:30 - 17:30 Thursday: 13:00 - 17:30 Friday: 11:30 - 17:30 Saturday: 11:00 - 17:30 Sunday: 10:00 - 13:00
- All customers will be required to complete the online check-in at least 24 hours before their flight. During this process they must provide us with accurate weights for all passengers.
- Photographic ID is required for ALL passengers over 16. ID documents must be presented at the heliport on arrival.
- Please ensure you arrive 30 minutes before your allocated flight time for ID & weight verification and to receive the safety briefing.
- On arrival at the heliport, passenger weights and ID’s will be verified.
- Failure to arrive on time, lack of suitable ID or inaccurate weights given at check-in may result in the passengers being refused flight, in these circumstances no refund will be offered.
- There is a seat limit of 110kg (17st) and the minimum age allowed to fly is 4 years old (must be min 15kg).
- Storage lockers are provided for personal belongings. The only items allowed on board are cameras or mobile phones in flight safe mode to take photos.
- Cancellations or amendments must be confirmed in writing more than 48 hours before scheduled take off time. We do not offer any refunds for cancellation or amendments within 48 hours of scheduled take off time.
- All flights are subject to favourable weather conditions. Passengers will be notified on the morning of their flight by text message and email to the contact details provided at check-in – it is the passengers responsibility to be able to receive such messages on the day of the flight.
